A light dusting of snow covered the ground this morning when I woke up, so off we went for a walk, cameras in hand to capture the early sun on the snow. It was beautiful and crisp but despite this the sun soon melted most of the snow leaving a eveywhere just a little damp.
As usual i took loads photos so had to decide carefully which ones i'd share with you, I chose not to show the self portrait of me looking tired and pulling a slightly false smile, it was more flatering believe it or not than the first attempt of me being 'normal' (or not), maybe i'll post that another day!
We returned home cold and fresh and ate breakfast in front of the fire, it was the perfect way to relax on a Sunday morning after all the chaos of the festive period.
