Inspiration

I've been so busy lately trying to get ready for all these upcoming craft fairs that i've been neglecting the blog but i'm back, well at least for now.
I'm always searching for new inspiration whatever i'm doing and it usually comes to me at the most frustrating of times, like while i'm at the day job or just as i'm drifting off to sleep. If the latters the case i'll lie there for a while before i can't take it any more and I have to get out of bed and sketch or write it down.
My newest idea is exactly that at the minute, just an idea but it comes from my love of Japanese prints. I remember doing a painting for my Mum when I was about 13 based on a Japanese style landscape, it's still hanging on the lounge wall now! So I was searching through my photos for that inspirational image to use for this new idea and I came across these...
The first two were taken in Devon and the third one in the Lake District. They all have that tranquil feel that Japanese landscapes seem to have.
This final picture is one of my favourites, I thought i'd add this one in just because I love it. It was taken in the very north of Scotland on a beach in the little village of Embo. The sand is beautiful up there and as you can see, the light is incredible, theres no photoshop here!

Hello Bee Designs,
The place is beautiful and would not require any photo softwares to enhance it further though some photographers prefer to filter the sky. It's the 'ambience' really - the sky, shore and other subjects around it contemplates the beauty.

Hey, though new, you are almost there. Keep a little breathing space between text and photo.

Happy Holidays and New Year!
